Getting the kids to eat vegetables can be a challenge. My eight year old will only eat butternut this way! Decant The Cookhouse Mac ‘n Cheese into a big bowl. Add a tub of our Creamy Butternut Mash and mix the two together, thoroughly. Pop your mix into an oven dish and sprinkle cheese on top. Bake to crispy! It’s delicious and the kids hardly realise they’re eating a good portion of this beta-carotene filled, immune-boosting veg!
Chilli Con Carne a la Cookhouse
Whenever I make this Chilli Con Carne, it’s an absolute HIT with my family and it only takes a few minutes.
Add a tin of kidney beans. Finally, add a generous amount of ground cumin to taste (or our Eighteen Spice sold in-store). Serve with sour cream, cheese, nacho chips, wraps, or whatever Mexican side tickles your fancy!
Top your pizza bases (homemade or store bought) with our Pizzaiola Sauce (with bacon or with olives); then simply top with a generous sprinkling of mozzarella cheese and bake in the oven. All your Italian flavours and ingredients are there already, including the best tomato base, so these sauces make perfect pizzas!

Simply decant our 2-portion Mac n Cheese (the whole meal) into a big bowl. Then add 1 x tub of our Bolognaise Sauce and mix. Pour contents into an oven dish and top with grated cheese. Bake until crispy on top.
Because it’s sweet and scrummy, the kids often love this one. If you’re in a hurry, simply make some noodles and toss your Tangy Chicken & Pineapple through the noodles to heat all together in a pot. Otherwise, the dish makes a super filler for lunch wraps.
